Bulgarian property to hit bottom in 2010

Bulgaria’s property market will hit its base in 2010, an economist at one of the country’s banks has said.
Head of economic research at UniCredit Bulbank Kristofor Pavlov told the BalRec real estate market conference in Sofia that there will be three further quarters of price falls, followed by the beginning of an upturn after the market bottoms out, emportal reports.
He added that by the end of next year or early 2011, the country as a whole will be out of recession.
