Property in Bulgaria top for investors

Property in Bulgaria has been named in a list of the best investments for people looking to buy an overseas home.
The latest release by property specialist Turkey Real Estate names Bulgaria as one of the top ten countries in the world for people looking to make a profit out of buying a place in the sun.
According to the organisation, one of the main attractions of property in Bulgaria is that the country is thought to be at the beginning of one of the longest periods of economic growth in its history.
Industry magazine Quest also recently stated that learning the language is not a prerequisite when buying home in Bulgaria, as many people there speak English and house buyers can learn it when they arrive.
