Cautious investors could miss out on bargains in Bulgaria
16 January 2009
Overseas investors could miss out on bargain property in Bulgaria by being too cautious, it has been claimed by Quest Bulgaria property magazine.
According to Quest, many buyers are reluctant to make a move as they wait for the prices to hit rock bottom.
However, putting off the decision to buy for too long could see investors miss their opportunity, the magazine claims.
"There is no doubt about it, now is a good time to buy Bulgarian property," the magazine states.
A number of "very realistic" offers indicate that there are still bargains to be had, with the stable nature of the market ensuring that those who buy at the right price and in the right location can make favourable returns on their investments.
Thus, by sticking to the most established areas and buying homes with good road and air transport links, buyers can secure an "investment-proof buy", the magazine claims.
