Dutch property developer Plaza Centres N.V acquired a 51% stake in a 75.000 square-metre project in Bulgaria for EUR 2.8 million and assumed EUR 4.4 million in debt. The company plans to develop a EUR 75 million retail and office complex.
The project's construction is expected to begin in 2010.
