Bulgarian real estate prices unchanged till 2009

The prices of real estates in Bulgaria will remain unchanged until the beginning of next year, said brokers with Address Real Estate, Standart reports. Global crisis has frozen the prices of real estates in Bulgaria, say analysts.
The number of deals in the real estate sector is now 2.5 times lower, as brokers, banks, investors and buyers have become much more conservative, say real estate brokers.
