Willbrook Management Int'l to build EUR 40 M complex

Real estate company Willbrook Management International plans to build a EUR 40 million housing complex in Varna, said the company’s executive director Daiana Voicu. 'The complex will be designed, built and used by all eco standards and be Bulgaria’s first green project,' Voicu said.
Willbrook Management International has earmarked a total of EUR 250 million to develop other projects in the Bulgarian capital, added Voicu.
The project will be completed by the end of 2009.
