Real estate prices to grow 15% in 2008

Prices of real estate properties in Bulgaria are expected to increase by 15% in 2008, according to global real estate company ERA. In 2007, the number of real estate deals reached a total of 325 000, rising between 4% and 5% compared to the previous year, ERA said.
Apartments of around 60sqm are on high demand in the Bulgaria market, the research revealed.
