Greek GEK - TERNA to invest EUR 105 million in Sofia business centre

Icon Single Member Ltd, local subsidiary of the Greek company GEK - TERNA Group, plans to invest EUR 105 million in the construction of a new business centre in Bulgaria's capital, according to local media. The centre will be named Macedonia Tower because it will be located at Macedonia Square in downtown Sofia.
The building will have a total of 31.844 square meters of office space, 4.407 square meters of commercial space, and a parking lot for 400 cars.
The construction of Macedonia Tower is expected to be completed in 2011.
