Balma Ltd to build Green City in Sozopol

Balma Ltd plans to build a resort village (Green City) near the village of Rossen in the region of the southern seaside town of Sozopol, which will be launched in a few months. The construction will be carried out at three stages. Stage one involves the construction of family houses and residential buildings, which will accommodate 2,500 people. The holiday village will spread on 80 ha, two kilometres away from the seaside and three kilometres away from the village of Rossen.
Balma Ltd, chief investor in the project, plans the construction of a spa center, hotels, trade centers and entertainment parks, as well as a golf course. Projects for the village's infrastructure are being developed. They provide the construction of road and sewerage systems, parks and walkways in the village. The Green City project will open at least 300 job positions in the area, representatives of Balma Ltd said.
